House & commercial cleaning in Omemee

Cleaning for everyday living and property changes in Omemee

Preparing a home for new occupants involves different tasks from maintaining a space you use every day. Koala Cleaning is based in Peterborough and serves Omemee in Kawartha Lakes. We offer regular house cleaning, commercial cleaning and visits arranged around moves or guest changeovers.

Before moving in or after moving out

Our move in and move out cleaning can include bathrooms, kitchen counters and sinks, appliance exteriors, accessible surfaces, floors, baseboards and trim. Cabinet and drawer interiors can be cleaned where they are empty and accessible.

Tell us when belongings will be removed or delivered, whether anyone will still occupy the property and which areas require attention. This information helps us estimate the work and discuss an appointment that fits the move. If you need both properties cleaned, include the details of each in your enquiry.

Preparing a rental between guest stays

For Airbnb and short term rental cleaning, share the checkout and arrival times before booking. We discuss the turnover requirements and appointment availability, including kitchens, bathrooms, sleeping areas, floors and the presentation you want guests to see.

Linen and towel tasks should be agreed in advance. Restocking can be included when the host provides the supplies. Clear instructions about access, bedding, essential items and where things belong help us plan the work needed between stays.

Regular cleaning for the home you live in

You do not need to be moving or hosting to book. Our residential cleaning covers day to day upkeep for homes, apartments and condos. Options include weekly, biweekly and monthly visits, as well as occasional appointments.

Typical tasks include dusting accessible surfaces, cleaning kitchen counters and sinks, washing bathroom fixtures, vacuuming and mopping. Tell us which rooms to prioritize and any instructions for particular surfaces or belongings.

Additional attention for buildup or a workplace

Our deep cleaning service can address grease, bathroom residue and details such as cabinet fronts and baseboards. Describe significant buildup in advance so we can discuss the level of cleaning and time required.

For business properties, commercial cleaning can cover work areas, washrooms, shared kitchens, reception spaces and floors. Cleaning after renovation is also available; mention completed building work when requesting your estimate.

Arrange access and understand the estimate

Our cleaners undergo background checks and bring supplies and equipment, including a HEPA filter vacuum. We recommend being home for your first residential clean. If you cannot attend, provide detailed entry instructions and a clear outline of the work.

Estimates are based on the expected cleaning hours. The final bill reflects actual cleaning time and may differ from the estimate. For other locations, see our service areas. To arrange cleaning in Omemee, send us your property details and preferred date.
